This is the real thing, people. You can make these garlic flatbreads in just 5 minutes and they taste amazing. All you need are some common kitchen items. Now you can have warm fresh bread in a hurry 🙂 .
They don’t need to be baked, which is my favorite thing about them. They are cooked on a grill pan over the stove. It’s so much easier and faster this way, and the bread still tastes and feels great. When we talk about tastes, use a GREAT olive oil. This fat is what gives the pizza its flavor.
HOW TO DO THIS RECIPE: You can use whole wheat flour or a mix of both to make these flatbreads. I used all-purpose flour. The cooking pan I used heats up quickly and spreads the heat out evenly. In other words, these flatbreads cook in just 75 seconds on each side. Any cooking pan will work if you don’t have a BBQ pan. But it will take longer to cook.

What goes into the flatbreads
2 cups flour for all purposes 240 gr.
2 teaspoons of baking powder Eight grams
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt 2.85 gram
2 tablespoons raw olive oil 30 ml (two-thirds of a cup) of water 168 milliliters FOR THE GARLIC SAUCE
2 tablespoons raw olive oil 30 ml
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley 3.80 g
4 pieces of garlic
Tips and Advice
Put 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt in a big bowl. First, mix the dry ingredients together. Then, add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 2/3 cup of water and mix until you have a dough. Using your hands, keep mixing and kneading the dough until it’s well mixed and you have a tight dough. Roll it into a ball.
Put some all-purpose flour on a clean, flat surface. Place the ball of dough on top of the flour. Cut the dough in half and roll each half into a ball. Cut each ball of dough into four pieces that are all the same size. This will give you eight pieces of dough.
Set a big grill pan over medium heat.
While the pan is heating up, make a 1/8-inch-thick pizza form out of each piece of dough.
Before putting the flatbread in the pan, brush it with extra virgin olive oil. Then, put it in oil side down and brush it with another kiss of extra virgin olive oil on top. While that’s cooking, make the garlic sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley, and 4 cloves of garlic that have been shredded. Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined. After about 75 seconds, flip the flatbread over to cook the other side, then add a spoonful of the garlic sauce and
