Miranda orange cake


 

Ingredients


 Flour: 2 cups

 Sugar: 1 cup

 Miranda: Cobb

 Oil: half a cup

 Baking powder: a tablespoon

 Vanilla: 1 teaspoon (liquid)

 Eggs: 3 pieces


 How to prepare


 In the bowl of an electric mixer, place the eggs, vanilla, and vinegar, and blend the ingredients until they overlap and blend.


 Add sugar, Mirinda and oil, while mixing continuously, until you get a homogeneous mixture.


 Add the flour and baking powder and mix the ingredients with a hand mixer until you get a cohesive mixture.


 Pour the mixture into a cake pan greased with a little tahini, then put the pan in a preheated oven at 180 ° C.


 Leave the pan in the oven for about 40 - 45 minutes, until the cake is soft.


 Take the cake out of the oven and decorate as desired.
