Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet


 


Easy toast butter and garlic steak and potatoes with grilled steak and crispy roasted potatoes baked in the oven in one pan.

It has been said before that I have a guy's appetite. I'm not really sure if this was meant to be an insult or a compliment, and I'm also not sure where to compliment or offend. 


I love to eat. clearly. I love all kinds of food, vegetables, fruits, sweets, and proteins. While I'm talking about great game chicken, I have a deep and enduring love for all kinds of beef. He sat me at a table and gave me a big steak.


 I am not ashamed nor ashamed to eat everything in front of any date, girlfriend, family member, or child. The just thing I ask is that you don't a) asking for a bite or b) try to taking a bite without asking. You may lose your finger just by saying.


* Ingredients :


° 5 teaspoons salted butter with two tablespoons of potatoes


° 2 teaspoons minced garlic


° 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbal mixture


° 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme


° 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley


° 5 small steak slices


° Salt and Pepper


° Garlic powder


° 1 tablespoon of olive oil


° 5 pounds small potatoes cut into cubes


* Directions :


Step 1:


Preheat stove (oven ) 350 degrees . In a small bowl, mix the butter / garlic / and the dried herbs. Season the steaks with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides.


Step 2:


Put the pan on medium-high heat and drizzle with oil. Grilled steaks about 4 minutes on each side until tender and browned. Transfering to a plate also set apart .


Step 3:


Add potatoes to a skillet, season with salt / pepper / garlic powder, and fry for 6 minutes until browned. Pushing potatoes to one side of the pan also return steaks to other side of pan.


The fourth step:


Transfer to the oven and cook for 21 minutes, until the potatoes are softened with a fork and the steak is done of your choice.


Fifth step:


Once removed from the oven, put a little garlic butter on each steak and the rest on the potatoes and let them melt over the food.
